Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of mapsoar.com and related MapSoar services. By using MapSoar, you agree to these Terms.
1. About MapSoar
MapSoar provides local SEO, website, Google Maps, competitive visibility, and conversion-readiness audits. Reports may include automated scores, website findings, third-party business data, and AI-generated recommendations. MapSoar is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You may use MapSoar only for lawful purposes. If you submit information about a business, you represent that you have a legitimate reason to evaluate it and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or restricted information through the audit form.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use MapSoar for legitimate business analysis, planning, and report sharing. You may not misuse or disrupt the service, bypass security or usage controls, send excessive automated requests, scrape MapSoar data at scale without permission, attempt unauthorized access, use the service unlawfully, or misrepresent MapSoar reports as official Google reports.
4. Audit Results and Scores
MapSoar audits are informational assessments based on signals available at the time of analysis. Scores and findings are not official Google metrics, rankings, certifications, or guarantees. Website conditions, business profiles, search results, competitors, third-party APIs, and ranking factors can change, and MapSoar does not guarantee that every issue will be detected.
5. No Ranking, Traffic, Lead, or Revenue Guarantee
MapSoar does not guarantee higher rankings, improved Maps placement, increased traffic, calls, leads, sales, or revenue. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside MapSoar’s control.
6. AI-Generated Recommendations
Some recommendations may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that are unsuitable for a particular business. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding whether or how to implement them.
7. Third-Party Data and Services
MapSoar may rely on Google services, AI providers, hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, communications, and other third-party services. Third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and MapSoar cannot guarantee continued availability of third-party services.
8. Information You Submit
You are responsible for information you submit. By submitting a website, business name, location, or other information, you authorize MapSoar to process it as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service. Your use of MapSoar is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property and Report Sharing
MapSoar software, branding, designs, scoring methods, content, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to MapSoar unless otherwise stated. You may share reports for legitimate business purposes, but you may not alter them misleadingly, falsely claim Google endorsement, or use MapSoar branding to imply an affiliation that does not exist.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep MapSoar reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, removed, or replaced, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or third-party reasons.
11. Paid Services
MapSoar may offer one-time purchases or recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices and billing frequency will be shown before checkout. Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and, unless stated otherwise, access continues through the already-paid billing period.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are generally non-refundable once a paid service, report, subscription period, or implementation service has been provided or started. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or undeliverable services may be reviewed for refund. Failed recurring payments may result in retries, temporary feature restriction, or cancellation.
When a subscription ends, subscription-only monitoring, premium recommendations, or paid features may end. Previously generated reports may remain available where supported, and free features may remain available.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact hello@mapsoar.com first so we can review it. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, MapSoar may provide relevant transaction, billing, usage, cancellation, refund, and service-delivery records to the applicable provider or financial institution.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel an active subscription. All chargebacks, payment disputes, reversals, and related remedies are subject to applicable law and the rules, procedures, and decisions of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
MapSoar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or suitable for every business purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MapSoar will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or reliance on the service, including loss of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of MapSoar, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect security, comply with law, address violations of these Terms, or protect MapSoar, its users, or third parties.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as MapSoar develops. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
